Meet Caitlin

My name is Caitlin - I am 32 years old and married with two young children and two senior rescue dogs. I am a Kentucky native, having been born in Louisville, but now I am proud to call Lexington my home.

Being a University of Kentucky Alum, for both my undergraduate and masters degrees (go Cats!) I have a particular fondness for the university and the surrounding area. I also have a particular interest in helping students, teens, and young adults - whether that be through therapy or career counseling, for I was once in their position and remember the help I received during that time and how valuable it was in shaping who I am today.

In addition to being a wife, a mom, and a therapist, I also volunteer with the Lexington Humane Society and I enjoy spending time with my family, needlepointing, taking barre classes, walking at the Arboretum, and watching Golden Girls reruns!
